Tourist Trophy is a game made by the creators of the Gran Turismo series.  It is very realistic, and also very difficult.  Here are some pictures from it.

 

The bikes used were a '93 Honda NSR250, a Honda CBR1000, and a Honda CBR600RR Moriwaki Edition.
